After our initial call, you will select the Planning Service that best suits your needs.
Once the fee is received, I’ll begin crafting your custom proposal — drawing on key takeaways from our conversation, along with my expertise and global network of trusted partners.
After you've reviewed your initial proposal, we’ll work together to fine-tune every element — adjusting the pace, swapping experiences, and layering in the details that make the trip distinctly yours.
With your trip finalized, your itinerary will be delivered via a custom app — complete with a daily schedule, refined recommendations, and in-destination contacts
